Expect to cover about 150 km per day on a perfectly balanced mix of paved and dirt roads. The tour takes place in the Almería region of Andalusia, in southern Spain. The route passes through the spectacular Tabernas and Gorafe deserts, the Sierra de los Filabres, the Sierra de Gádor, and the area surrounding the Cabo de Gata Natural Park.
